This website is about coming to the public about this horrible crime in the United States.  The use of an electronic device to lock on to someone, and deploy an array of capabilities.  These are nonlethal weapons.  that the public (most of the public) has no idea exist.  These include V2K and synthetic telepathy.  Synthetic telepathy is more phenominal, and harder to explain, because liittle is known and, it's classified.  V2K is getting/hearing a voice in your head.  Some have made the two terms as one, so if you google this stuff you will get these terms coinciding.

I would like to say that the technology has been around for a while, its just been covered up.
